Young Entrepreneurs Launch DeaLoco.com with More than 500 Great Deals on Brand Name Products

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) December 3, 2007 -- More than one year ago, four friends began brainstorming ideas of how to create a user-friendly deal-hunting website. Based on their own experience with online shopping, they realized there was a need for a one-stop shop where consumers could quickly find a deal, evaluate the savings and read product reviews. As a result, DeaLoco.com was born.

The site has several unique features such as a custom RSS feed service, product review listings and an advanced search system. The custom RSS feeds give users the ability to set up deal alerts. For example, a user could subscribe to an RSS feed for a "Sony Plasma TV." Any time a new listing matches those keywords, the deal will show up in his/her RSS reader. Product reviews are listed alongside each deal and are just one click away. The site's advanced search feature allows users to refine their search by entering a manufacturer, model number, product type, price range, store or even the name of the user who posted the deal.

"You won't find a comparable advanced search feature on any other deal site today," said DeaLoco.com co-founder Shawn Mayeux.

The website primarily lists deals on consumer electronics, but also features bargains on apparel, children's products and household goods. To date, there have been more than 500 deals listed, and more are added every day by DeaLoco's growing user community.
